CANADA EMBASSY ATTESTATION & APPLICATION PROCESS
Attestation & Application Form Fee 1113.37 CAD (18% GST Exclusive)
Shortlisted candidates check on their shortlisted email. Find the attachment, and take a coloring printout on your Attestation & Application form. Fill up the forms properly with a pen. The candidate's signature must be matched to her passport signature (Both Forms). Must be paid Attestation & Application Form Fee application person own account.

All email ids are restricted by our HR, so contact our process manager to ensure that your Application & Attestation form fill-up properly & payment must be done on your own account. Process manager confirmation only within 15 minutes all email ids are open for the application person.
NOTE:
Once the shortlisted candidate's Attestation & Application Process is done, the candidate receives her 16-digit embassy system file number within two working days. The application person easily verifies their immigration status directly to the Canadian Embassy official website through their 16-digit embassy system file number. Finally, the candidate signed her appointment letter within 7 days in our office. We are unable to issue your Appointment Letter without a 16-digit embassy system file number.
COVID-19
Due to ongoing concerns related to the spread of COVID-19, preventative measures have been enacted throughout our global network of offices. Consular services remain available to Indians. The Governments Instruction of Indian offices is encouraging clients to limit in-person visits. Candidates in need of assistance should contact the ICG Group office nearest them by phone or e-mail before visiting in person. You can also contact the process manager for Emergency purpose.
